Description

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements within the retail sector.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and address potential compliance issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on regulatory matters and best practices.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Provide training and educational resources to employees on compliance policies and practices.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and advise on potential business impacts.
• Support investigations of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
