They are actively seeking a Project Manager to join their Triad team.

Description
The Project Manager - 100 year old General Contractor - Triad will be responsible for:
- Manage and lead multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
- Oversee the coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Address any project challenges, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Champion safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Profile
The Project Manager - 100 year old General Contractor - Triad should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor, with a proven track record in delivering commercial construction project
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction software and tools, as well as proficiency in budgeting and scheduling.
Job Offer
The Project Manager - 100 year old General Contractor - Triad will receive:
- Highly competitive base salary - $90,000-140,000+
- Company Bonuses - project & annual
