This is an exciting opportunity for a strong Project Manager with GC experience to play a key role in managing and overseeing projects for a reputable organization. The position is based in Orlando and offers a chance to contribute to high-quality property developments.

Description

  • Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any challenges that may arise.
  • Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders, detailing project milestones and developments.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of construction.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules effectively.
