Benefits Supervisor
The Benefits Supervisor will oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and excellence in service delivery within the professional services industry. This permanent role requires expertise in benefits management and offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic Human Resources team.

Description
- Manage the administration and operations of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits administration.
- Collaborate with vendors to manage benefit plans and resolve any employee concerns or issues.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding benefits enrollment, changes, and claims processes.
- Analyze and present data to recommend enhancements or changes to current benefits offerings.
- Oversee annual benefits enrollment processes, including communication and implementation strategies.
- Support Human Resources leadership in strategic planning and budgeting for benefits programs.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and documentation related to benefits programs.
Profile
A successful Benefits Supervisor should have:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of benefits administration experience, and 2 years of people management experience.
- Knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations such as ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA.
- Experience in a professional services environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple programs effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve employee inquiries or issues.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Workday experience.
Job Offer
