Description
The Assistant Super - Outstanding General Contractor, Charleston, SC will be integral to the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring they meet all specifications, schedules, and quality standards. This role will collaborate closely with the project management team and oversee daily field operations to ensure smooth project flow.
The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the coordination of all on-site activities, including subcontractors, vendors, and laborers.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, fostering a safe work environment.
- Monitoring project schedules and ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Supporting the Superintendent in managing the construction process and resolving any issues on-site.
- Preparing daily reports and communicating project progress to stakeholders.
Profile
The ideal Assistant Super - Outstanding General Contractor, Charleston, SC will have experience in commercial construction with a strong understanding of field operations and project management. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
