An Senior Project Manager supports the day-to-day operations on a construction site, helping manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality control. They act as a crucial link between the field and project management team, ensuring the job stays on track, problems are addressed quickly, and high standards are maintained throughout the build.

Exclusively working with a leading general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality multifamily projects across Texas. Our team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale developments and ensure successful delivery from groundbreaking to completion.
Description
Lead multifamily projects through all phases: planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout.
Manage contracts, budgets, change orders, and reporting with precision.
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Ensure project safety, quality control, and adherence to timelines and company standards.
Profile
10+ years' experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years leading multifamily (garden, wrap, podium, or mid-rise) projects.
Successful track record managing projects $20M+.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
