Description

• • Lead multifamily projects through all phases: planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout.

  • Manage contracts, budgets, change orders, and reporting with precision.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

  • Mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

  • Ensure project safety, quality control, and adherence to timelines and company standards.

Profile

• • 10+ years' experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years leading multifamily (garden, wrap, podium, or mid-rise) projects.

  • Successful track record managing projects $20M+.

  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
