Senior Collections Coordinator
The Senior Collections Coordinator will play a key role in managing and reducing the firm's Accounts Receivable by proactively coordinating with attorneys and clients to ensure timely collections. This position requires a high level of client interaction, analytical thinking, and communication to support the firm's financial goals.

Description
Review and reconcile monthly Accounts Receivable reports and follow up on outstanding invoices
Communicate regularly with attorneys to strategize collections and update partners and supervisors on progress
Proactively manage and escalate at-risk receivables to ensure timely resolution
Maintain detailed records of all client communications and collection activity in internal systems
Collaborate with clients to provide invoices, reports, and account details
Assist with identifying and resolving unapplied payments and allocating cash receipts
Track and follow up on e-billing invoices, disputes, and processing fees
Prepare collection letters, account statements, write-off forms, and reports for internal distribution
Support year-end cash forecasting by identifying issues impacting receivables
Assist with other finance-related tasks and special projects as assigned
