Description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Managing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Conducting site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and implementing solutions
• Preparing and presenting project updates to leadership and clients
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations
• Negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendors
• Mentoring and developing project managers and project engineers
• Facilitating communication across all project stakeholders
• Overseeing quality control and ensuring high standards of execution
• Managing project documentation including contracts, RFIs, and change orders
• Coordinating project closeout and client turnover

Profile

The Senior Project Manager will have:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or multifamily projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations
• Leadership experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting
• Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, or similar
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Experience with contract negotiation and subcontractor management
• Commitment to maintaining a strong safety culture
• PMP or similar certification is a plus

Job Offer

The Senior Project Manager will be offered:

• $130,000 - $150,000 base salary depending on experience
