Manufacturing - Project Manager - Concord, NH
My client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple custom systems projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of project management experience or a background in engineering with an interest in transitioning into project management. You will be responsible for managing up to 10 projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. Renowned for their cutting-edge optical coatings and reflectance standards, they deliver innovative products to a global customer base through an extensive network of distribution partners.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage custom systems projects from initiation through completion, handling around 10 projects concurrently.
- Oversee order management, project scheduling, and budgeting to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Utilize Liquid Planner for project tracking and coordination (familiarity is a plus).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Ensure all projects align with company goals, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays to keep projects on track.
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of project management experience, or engineering experience with an interest in transitioning into project management.
- Familiarity with optics, photonics, radionics, LED's, or power supplies is a plus.
- PMP certification is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
