Owners Rep Project manager - Office Fit Outs
Lead and manage commercial tenant improvement projects from start to finish. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Description
- Oversee multiple commercial tenant improvement projects, ensuring all stages meet quality, timeline, and budget goals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on track.
- Implement the owner's vision and requirements, translating them into actionable plans for the project team.
Profile
You have a strong understanding of owner-side project processes and a background in tenant improvement/commercial fit-outs. Self-driven and adaptable, you're prepared to step into a fast-paced environment with minimal training. Candidates with an Owner's Rep background or experience with reputable construction Developers are ideal.
