Description
- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing project activities to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Maintain project documentation, track progress, and prepare regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with trade subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Assist in monitoring on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and project specifications.
- Support project managers with budget tracking, schedule updates, and identifying potential risks to timelines or costs.
- Serve as a liaison between project teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in the construction industry, ideally in a project support or coordination role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software like Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
