A fantastic Senior Business Development Manager opportunity who will be responsible for driving new revenue through the development of strategic referral partnerships and direct client acquisition within targeted industry sectors. This role focuses on relationship-led sales, industry presence, and long-term account development within a regulated financial services environment.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential growth areas and competitive advantages.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.

Profile

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management.
  • A strong background in sales or business development within the business services industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • The ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proven skills in negotiation and closing deals effectively.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
