Construction Superintendent-Healthcare
We're seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations for ground-up commercial, healthcare, or life sciences projects. You'll oversee site teams, maintain schedule and safety compliance, and ensure project quality from start to finish.

Description
Lead and manage all on-site construction activities
Oversee scheduling, materials, safety compliance, and daily reporting
Ensure quality standards and timelines are consistently met
Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and inspection authorities
Maintain accurate project documentation (RFIs, field reports, etc.)
Profile
7+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor
Proven success managing healthcare and/or life sciences projects
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Deep understanding of scheduling, contract administration, and field coordination
OSHA 30-Hour Certification (required)
Proficiency with construction management tools and basic computer applications
