Description

As a construction superintendent covering the businesses growing pipeline of projects you will be responsible for:

• Run/manage project from start to finish
• Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
• Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

Profile

The successful candidate must posses significant project based experience in the local Tulsa Market. In addition you must also have:

• GROUND UP COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Commercial Construction experience- Healthcare, Education, office, recreational, Gas Stations etc
• 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry as a commercial construction superintendent
• Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.
• Ability to read, analyse and interpret plans by hand
• Experience in using Procore
