The Senior Preconstruction Manager will oversee all preconstruction activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination for construction projects. This role in the business services industry requires exceptional leadership and organizational skills to ensure project success in Denver.

Description
- Lead the preconstruction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and value engineering options for clients.
- Develop and manage project schedules to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure constructability and value optimization.
- Oversee bid processes, including solicitation, evaluation, and award recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members within the construction department.
Profile
A successful Senior Preconstruction Manager should have:
- Strong knowledge of preconstruction practices in the construction industry.
