They operate several offices and concentrate on multifamily construction projects from Falls Church to Richmond. While most of their projects range from $30 million to $100 million, they have also successfully managed projects valued at over $200 million. With ongoing growth in both staff and revenue, they are currently seeking to expand their team by hiring an experienced superintendent.

Description

The Project Manager - Data Centers/Commercial - Falls Church, VA will be responsible for:

• Managing the overall execution and successful completion of large-scale new construction and renovation projects.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Fostering strong relationships with clients, owners, architects, and internal teams.
• Organizing, implementing, and completing projects to meet client expectations.
• Overseeing project plans from preconstruction through completion.
• Establishing checklists for inspections and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinating with field personnel to enforce quality control standards.
• Participating in weekly subcontractor meetings with the Project Superintendent.
• Overseeing subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Tracking and managing all potential change orders.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing project team members to support their professional growth.
• Administering work inspections to ensure quality and performance standards are met

Profile

The Project Manager - Data Centers/Commercial - Falls Church, VA will have:

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• 5 to 10 years of experience within the construction sector.
• Experience in general contracting or builder-developer positions.
• Demonstrated longevity with previous employers.
• A successful history of managing large multifamily projects from start to finish.
• Familiarity with overseeing projects valued at $20 million or more.
• Excellent skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving.
• Strong leadership qualities and effective time management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore and Bluebeam is advantageous.
