Description

• Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and the client to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
• Conduct regular site visits, manage reporting, and provide updates to stakeholders on project milestones and performance.

Profile

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience managing multifamily construction projects, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget. They are a skilled communicator and problem-solver with experience in contract negotiation, scheduling, and budget management. Proficiency in construction management software and a deep understanding of local building codes and regulations are essential.
