Superintendent - Commercial, Higher Ed - Littleton, NH - Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction for the Military Fleet Building project and other commercial projects across New Hampshire and Vermont.
• Lead and manage onsite teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain project quality and safety standards.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing issues as they arise.
• Ensure proper project documentation and reporting in line with company standards.

Profile

Superintendent - Commercial, Higher Ed - Littleton, NH - Will have

• 5-7 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Background in Federal/Government projects is a plus.

Job Offer
