We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage a 2-year, 25,000 sqft ground-up Military Fleet Building project in Littleton, NH, with future opportunities on commercial construction projects across New Hampshire and Vermont. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction, with a preference for those with a background in Federal/Government projects or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role.

Description
Superintendent - Commercial, Higher Ed - Littleton, NH - Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction for the Military Fleet Building project and other commercial projects across New Hampshire and Vermont.
- Lead and manage onsite teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain project quality and safety standards.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing issues as they arise.
- Ensure proper project documentation and reporting in line with company standards.

Job Offer
Superintendent - Commercial, Higher Ed - Littleton, NH - Will receive
- Up to $120,000 annual salary
- Profit-sharing opportunity (17% of your base salary).
