Our client is a respected Southeast GC with a focus on healthcare, office, and industrial work. They're seeking an Project manager to support growth and uphold high-quality preconstruction standards.

Our client is a well-established General Contractor with over three decades of success delivering high-quality commercial construction projects across the Southeast. Their portfolio includes ground-up and renovation work in the healthcare, industrial, institutional, and office sectors, with project sizes ranging from $1M to $50M. The company is widely recognized for its strong, family-oriented culture, exceptional leadership, and impressive employee retention-many team members have been with the company for 15+ years. With a consistent pipeline of work and a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance, they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team to help drive preconstruction efforts and support their continued growth.
Description
The Project Manager - Industrial & Healthcare Projects - Triad will be responsible for:
Reviewing construction drawings and specs to develop detailed labor, material, and cost estimates
Preparing bid packages and evaluating subcontractor proposals
Performing quantity takeoffs and maintaining accurate pricing databases
Collaborating with project management teams to update estimates throughout construction
Coordinating with vendors and subs to clarify scope and resolve issues
Building and maintaining strong subcontractor relationships

Profile
The successful Project Manager - Industrial & Healthcare Projects - Triad will have:
5+ years of estimating experience with a commercial General Contractor
Ability to perform accurate takeoffs and material pricing
Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency with estimating software such as iSqFt, ProCore, Sage, On-Screen Takeoff
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)
Self-starter who works well both independently and in team settings
Job Offer
The Project Manager - Industrial & Healthcare Projects - Triad can expect:
Base salary up to $130,000 depending on experience
Annual performance-based bonus
$800/month vehicle allowance + gas card
