With offices in Maryland and Florida, they self-perform the majority of their work and manage projects primarily within the Beltway, with a strong presence in Downtown DC.

You are a seasoned builder with 15+ years of industry experience working for a general contractor, strong leadership presence, and the desire to play an influential role in business growth.

You bring:

• 15+ years of construction experience, including GC background
• Experience as a current Project Executive or Senior PM ready for the next step
• Strong leadership and team-development skills
• Proven success managing projects up to $15M
• Experience with renovations and new construction
• Passion for client relationship-building and market presence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, in-office environment

Profile

As the Project Executive, you will oversee high-level project management, strategic growth initiatives, and a sizable project delivery team while representing my client at key external events.

In this role, you will:

• Lead a team of 6 Project Managers, 12 APMs, and 1 Project Engineer
• Report directly to the VP of Construction, Doug Cruce
• Oversee multiple renovation and ground-up projects up to $15M
• Drive client engagement, relationship management, and business development
• Support long-term growth and operational excellence initiatives
• Ensure quality, safety, and financial success across all assigned projects
• Represent my client at networking events, industry meetings, and client presentations
