Project Manager - Commercial General Contractor
The Project Manager - Commercial General Contractor will oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met. This role requires expertise in construction management and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in the business services industry.

Description
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project performance and implement solutions to address any challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address any on-site issues.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders as needed.
- Foster strong client relationships through consistent communication and project excellence.

Profile
A successful Project Manager - Commercial General Contractor should have:
- A background in construction management or a related field.
- 2+ years working for commercial General Contractor
- Proven ability to manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
