Description

• Develop and execute product strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
• Collaborate with marketing and agency teams to create effective go-to-market plans.
• Work with complex electrical engineering concepts.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and sales, to ensure product success.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Provide training and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Profile

A successful Product Manager - Interconnects should have:

• A strong understanding of the industrial and manufacturing industry.
• Background in electrical engineering, power conversion, connectors a huge plus.
• Electrical Engineer degree desired, if not, other relevant engineering degree.
• 3-5+ years of product manager experience, 5-10+ total years of experience
• Background with electrical, electromechanical, battery, power conversion, connectors or other relevant field.
• Proven experience in product lifecycle management and strategy development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of marketing and agency collaboration processes.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.

Job Offer
