My client is one of the Boston area's fast growing Mechanical construction companies, specializing in a variety of commercial, academic, multifamily residential and life science projects in and around the city!
Description
The Mechanical Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Support project team
- Supporting and documenting project schedules, change-orders, submittals, budgets, and submit RFI's for approval
- Support project activities under the supervision from a project manager
- Attend project meetings onsite and in the office
- Support project close-out documentation
- Establish and maintain open, positive relationships with the team, clients, vendors, and suppliers
- Provide in-person support at job sites as required
- Support client relationships
Profile
The ideal Mechanical Assistant Project Manager will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related preferred
- 2-4+ years of total experience as an Assistant Project Manager
- Project experience across Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Protection and/or Plumbing
- Proven track record of success
