My client is one of the Boston area's fast growing Mechanical construction companies, specializing in a variety of commercial, academic, multifamily residential and life science projects in and around the city!

Description

The Mechanical Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Support project team
• Supporting and documenting project schedules, change-orders, submittals, budgets, and submit RFI's for approval
• Support project activities under the supervision from a project manager
• Attend project meetings onsite and in the office
• Support project close-out documentation
• Establish and maintain open, positive relationships with the team, clients, vendors, and suppliers
• Provide in-person support at job sites as required
• Support client relationships

Profile

The ideal Mechanical Assistant Project Manager will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related preferred
• 2-4+ years of total experience as an Assistant Project Manager
• Project experience across Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Protection and/or Plumbing
• Proven track record of success
