Senior Project Manager

Our client is a FL- based and nationally recognized general contractor seeking a Project Manager with commercial experience to join their growing team.

Join a well-established general contractor with over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality commercial construction projects, including healthcare, government, and tilt-wall builds. This smaller company is known for its strong processes and collaborative culture.

Description

• Manage and oversee multiple construction projects valued at $10M+ or a single $30M+ project, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to budget.
• Lead project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff, maintaining clear communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior project managers and other team members.

Profile

• 20+ years of construction experience, with a proven ability to manage large-scale projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.
• A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Expertise in commercial construction, with experience in tilt-wall, healthcare, or government projects being a plus
