We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee a variety of tilt-wall projects in Nashville. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong knowledge of the construction industry.

Description

• Oversee and manage day-to-day construction operations on site.
• Ensure quality control, safety and compliance with project specifications and building codes.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction staff to ensure smooth project progression.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, reporting progress and addressing concerns as they arise.
• Manage construction staff and subcontractors, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may impact project timeline or budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify work is being completed to company standards.
• Prepare and submit regular project reports and updates to management.

Profile

• A solid understanding and experience in construction management and supervisory roles.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans, blueprints and specifications.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe work environment.
