Lead Site Superintendent - Tilt Wall - Nashville
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee a variety of tilt-wall projects in Nashville. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong knowledge of the construction industry.

Description
- Oversee and manage day-to-day construction operations on site.
- Ensure quality control, safety and compliance with project specifications and building codes.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction staff to ensure smooth project progression.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, reporting progress and addressing concerns as they arise.
- Manage construction staff and subcontractors, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may impact project timeline or budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work is being completed to company standards.
- Prepare and submit regular project reports and updates to management.
Profile
- A solid understanding and experience in construction management and supervisory roles.
- Ability to read and understand construction plans, blueprints and specifications.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe work environment.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary range of approximately $100,000 to $120,000 USD, based on qualifications and experience.
