Construction Superintendent - Top Milwaukee GC

My client, one of the state's leading general contractors, is looking to bring on a highly skilled superintendent. In this role you will be running a diverse portfolio of large ground up builds. Description

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards.
• Supervise and lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Profile

• 7+ years of superintendent experience
• Ground up projects valued at $15m+
• Strong technology skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to interface with clients
• Experience in the trades
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for construction
