Compensation Manager - 3 days in Charlotte, NC - $110k-$140k
The Compensation Manager will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs to attract and retain top talent. This position is based in Charlotte (3 days a week onsite) and is paying $110k-$140k + bonus and great benefits.

The Compensation Manager will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs to attract and retain top talent. This position is based in Charlotte (3 days a week onsite) and is paying $110k-$140k + bonus and great benefits.
Description
Compensation Strategy & Execution
- Manage compensation programs including salary architecture, merit cycles, promotions, and incentive planning.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive pay structures.
- Provide guidance on compensation decisions to HR and business leaders.
Project Management
- Lead and support compensation-related projects such as pay structure reviews and system enhancements.
- Partner with global rewards team to ensure alignment with corporate policies.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audits and compliance.
Collaboration
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and leadership.
- Build strong relationships across HR, Finance, and business units.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in compensation; experience in large, complex organizations strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of compensation architecture and program design.
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (Workday and ADP experience a plus).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting salary data and market trends.
Job Offer
- $110,000 to $140,000 USD annually.
