Project Manager - OSHPD Construction - LA or OC

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in OSHPD construction to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards, manage budgets, and lead teams to deliver exceptional results within the Los Angeles or Orange County area.

Description

  • Manage all phases of OSHPD construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHPD regulations and other applicable building codes and standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and resolve any arising issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders as required.
  • Promote a safety-first culture by enforcing proper safety protocols on-site.
