Facilities Engineer - Industrial - Norton, MA
My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Engineer to ensure the optimal functioning of their engineering operations. The successful candidate will be adept at managing projects, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining safety protocols.

Description
The Facilities Engineer's day-to-day responsibilities will include the following tasks:
- Overseeing the design and renovation of facilities.
- Managing and executing engineering projects.
- Conducting routine inspections of equipment and safety systems.
- Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintaining documentation of all facility operations.
- Coordinating with contractors and vendors for facility upkeep.
- Implementing preventative maintenance programs.
- Providing technical support to all departments within the organization.
Profile
A successful Facilities Engineer should have:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in managing and executing engineering projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- 2+ years of experience.
- Vaccuum pressure vessel, 3D Printing, or Casting equipment a plus!
