Aerospace - Manufacturing Engineer - Dover, NH

This position supports day‑to‑day manufacturing operations by improving processes, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations and optimized workflows.

Description

• Support and refine manufacturing processes to improve quality, throughput, and efficiency
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve daily issues
• Assist with tooling development, process documentation, and equipment capability evaluations
• Lead or support lean/6‑Sigma projects aimed at reducing waste and improving flow
• Maintain and update work instructions, process controls, and production documentation
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings regarding schedule, technical changes, and production goals

Profile

• 1-5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or Process Engineer
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; exposure to composites is a plus
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 6‑Sigma concepts, or continuous improvement tools
• Strong analytical mindset and hands‑on problem‑solving ability
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
