Construction Superintendent
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to manage and oversee construction projects in Harrisburg, PA, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field operations, managing subcontractors, and maintaining project safety and quality throughout the construction process.

Description
Manage and oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction staff to ensure project milestones are met.
Interpret and review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure proper execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address challenges, and enforce safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Profile
At least 5 years of experience as a construction superintendent with a focus on commercial or residential projects.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety practices, and quality control procedures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges on-site efficiently.
A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
