This recruiter role with our client focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, primarily for technology roles, while collaborating closely with hiring managers and stakeholders. The position requires sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment process, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, all within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, external partners, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct phone screens/interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
• Manage candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Provide updates to hiring managers on open positions and candidate status
• Use data/metrics to improve recruitment processes
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practice
• Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs

Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting/sourcing
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment in the tech sector
• Knowledge of technical roles and skills
• Strong sourcing, networking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software (Workday preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
