Description

• Coordinate housing accommodations for athletes and sports event participants, ensuring all needs are met efficiently.
• Communicate with hotels and other housing providers to secure bookings and negotiate terms.
• Handle housing-related inquiries from clients and participants, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Maintain detailed records of housing arrangements and associated costs for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with event organizers to align housing logistics with event schedules and requirements.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts related to housing arrangements promptly and professionally.
• Assist in developing and improving housing processes for future events.
• Contribute to the overall success of the logistics department by supporting additional projects as needed.
