Description

Responsibilities for Project Superintendent - TI Construction in Irvine:

• Lead daily on-site operations, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

• Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain seamless work flow.

• Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with all OSHA and OSHPD regulations.

• Manage project schedules, maintain as-builts, and report progress to the project management team.

• Participate in project planning, from preconstruction through closeout.

• Conduct regular jobsite meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Profile

A successful candidate for the Project Superintendent - TI Construction in Irvine

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial building and construction, with a strong background in TI and OSHPD-regulated projects.

• Thorough understanding of construction means and methods, building codes, safety regulations, and inspection requirements.

• Proven leadership and organisational skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation.

• Proficient in tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.

• Current OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
