Superintendent & #2 Super - Multifamily

One of our top clients is seeking a Superintendent and a #2 Superintendent for large scale multifamily construction projects in Boston, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. These positions require strong leadership and technical expertise in the construction industry.

Description

• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project objectives are met.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve construction issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

Profile

A successful Superintendent or #2 Superintendent should have:

• A strong background in the construction industry, specifically in multifamily projects.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively on-site.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality results within established timelines.
