Aftermarket Sales Representative - Biopharma
An established life sciences organization is seeking a highly motivated Aftermarket Sales Representative to drive the promotion and sale of service contracts and related post-purchase solutions within a defined territory. The role emphasizes client retention, service contract renewals, and consultative upselling to existing accounts.

Description
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, virtual demos, quoting, negotiation, and closing.
- Achieve or exceed sales goals for aftermarket services within the assigned territory.
- Initiate outbound engagement strategies to build interest and secure follow-up meetings.
- Apply consultative selling approaches to align service offerings with customer workflows and technical requirements.
- Maintain organized records and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align messaging and strategy.
- Attend and support regional or national trade shows and events as needed.
- Develop productive relationships with procurement and technical contacts to ensure a smooth buying process.
- Proactively manage customer accounts, addressing concerns and coordinating internal support when necessary.
- Provide feedback to internal teams regarding market trends, competitive activity, and emerging customer needs.
Profile
- Minimum of 2 years in sales; experience in technical or scientific sales preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a science, healthcare, or business-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with comfort presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license required.
Job Offer
- $85,000 - $90,000 base salary
