Description
The Senior Process Engineer will own end-to-end machining processes, architecting CNC programs and tooling setups to optimize production and quality. Collaboration and leadership are key, as you mentor engineers and lead projects that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Design and simulate multi-axis machining processes from concept to production.
- Develop and optimize CNC toolpaths, work-holding, and inspection plans.
- Lead root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and automation integration.
Profile
The ideal Senior Process Engineer brings over 8+ years of experience in precision machining process engineering with strong skills in CAD/CAM and CNC controls. You are a leader, able to reduce cycle times and improve quality while mentoring others. Your expertise spans programming, fixturing, inspection, and automation.
- Expert in multi-axis CNC programming and CMM operation.
- Proven track record in cycle-time reduction and quality improvement.
