Description

Key responsibilities for Construction Superintendent- DSA in Los Angeles

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring safety and compliance with DSA standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and timely task completion.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure all site activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design and specifications.
• Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
