Maintenance Manager

Description

• Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance in the retail environment.
• Oversee and manage a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Monitor equipment and systems to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
• Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing departments to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective maintenance operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment repairs and maintenance services.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance their technical skills and performance.
