Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager will oversee all aspects of equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and preventative maintenance programs in a dynamic food manufacturing environment. Description

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Oversee maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a productive team.
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and support operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance budgets and track expenditures to align with financial goals.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections.

Profile

A successful Maintenance Manager should have:
