Description

The Superintendent will be responsibile for:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for projects in Epping, NH, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and site personnel to maintain efficiency and project timelines.

• Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards.

• Lead site meetings, track progress, and proactively address challenges to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

• Maintain excellent client relationships and uphold the company's strong industry reputation.

Profile

The right candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in Ground up multifamily construction.

• Strong background in managing ground-up and renovation projects.

• Expertise in reading blueprints, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and safety enforcement.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software is a plus.
