This organization has continued to elevate to the top of the rankings as one of the top Civil Contractors throughout Texas, and is looking to add a Senior Leader to their team! With a backlog through 2026, they are looking to add top construction talent throughout Dallas to their growing team.
Description
- The Division Manager for the Paving Division will oversee and manage all aspects of private and public sector projects.
- Lead a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement project plans, coordinating with other departments as necessary
- Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Manage resources efficiently, ensuring the best use of manpower and materials.
- Review invoices and payments for accuracy
- Continuously review and improve processes and workflows within the division.
Profile
A successful candidate should have:
- 10+ years of experience in project management for construction as well as paving, excavation, structure, and/or utility projects. Additional experience, including project scoping and estimating, cost and schedule control, construction management, team building, resource planning, procurement, and permitting.
- Full understanding of contracts, plans, specs, and regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of utilities construction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary range of $186,200 - $218,600.
