Description

• The Division Manager for the Paving Division will oversee and manage all aspects of private and public sector projects.
• Lead a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
• Develop and implement project plans, coordinating with other departments as necessary
• Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Manage resources efficiently, ensuring the best use of manpower and materials.
• Review invoices and payments for accuracy
• Continuously review and improve processes and workflows within the division.

Profile

A successful candidate should have:

• 10+ years of experience in project management for construction as well as paving, excavation, structure, and/or utility projects. Additional experience, including project scoping and estimating, cost and schedule control, construction management, team building, resource planning, procurement, and permitting.
• Full understanding of contracts, plans, specs, and regulations
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of utilities construction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Offer
