The Process Engineer develops and optimizes manufacturing processes for high‑precision machined components, ensuring efficiency, quality, and strong production flow. Description

Process Engineer will play a critical role in defining, refining, and improving manufacturing workflows for CNC‑machined components and assemblies.

This includes reviewing designs for manufacturability, determining tooling and fixture requirements, creating process documentation, and supporting root‑cause analysis for quality issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define machining processes, fixtures, gages, routes, and BOMs within the ERP system.
  • Review drawings, tolerances, and engineering changes for manufacturability and process accuracy.

Profile

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on manufacturing engineer with strong CNC machining knowledge, excellent problem‑solving skills, and experience supporting high‑precision machining operations. Also, they have strong communication skills, ERP familiarity, and CAD proficiency are essential.

Candidate Qualifications

  • 5+ years of CNC manufacturing engineering experience with solid understanding of machining principles.
  • CAD/solid modeling skills (SolidWorks preferred) and familiarity with dimensioning standards.
  • Strong grasp of machine shop practices, measurement methods, and process planning fundamentals.
