KeyKey Responsibilities for Senior Project Manager - Multifamily Construction in Tustin

• Lead all aspects of project execution: scheduling, budgeting, quality, risk management, and subcontractor coordination.

• Collaborate with internal development, design, and field teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.

• Maintain strict control over timelines, costs, and construction quality throughout all phases.

• Conduct regular site visits and hold trade partners accountable for safety, compliance, and performance.

• Prepare and present project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Ensure all permitting, inspections, and final sign-offs are executed according to plan.

• Build strong relationships with city officials, vendors, and consultants to facilitate seamless project flow.

Profile

A successful candidate for Senior Project Manager - Multifamily Construction in Tustin

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong preference for multifamily or wrap projects.

• Proven track record in building and construction

• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, construction sequencing, and project delivery.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Job Offer

• Base Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 annually

• Bonus: Up to 25% of base salary, based on individual and project performance
