• Assist in managing day-to-day site operations for a $100M multifamily project
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to schedule and quality standards
• Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company protocols
• Support procurement, logistics, and permitting processes
• Participate in trade meetings and resolve field conflicts
• Maintain accurate project documentation in Procore
• Communicate progress updates to senior leadership

Profile

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

• 3+ years of experience in multifamily experience
• Strong understanding of wood-frame construction and high-end finishes
• Proficiency in Procore and MS Suite
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work 100% onsite and manage multiple priorities
