Multifamily Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily residential construction projects. You will lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and serve as the primary point of contact between ownership, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.

Description
Lead the planning and execution of multifamily residential construction projects from groundbreaking to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Manage project teams, including superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, permitting authorities, and internal development teams.
Oversee and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
Ensure work is performed to contract specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Manage cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Lead project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery or cost.
Oversee project close-out, including punch list, warranty, and turnover to property management.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on multifamily residential projects.
Proven track record managing projects valued at $10M+.
In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera, Bluebeam).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Understanding of building codes, permitting, and multifamily construction practices.
OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
Ability to travel to job sites as required.
