Commercial Interiors Project Manager - Manhattan, NY
The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of $25m+ commercial construction projects in the property industry, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Description
- Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects in Manhattan, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
- Manage procurement and allocation of project resources and materials.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
