Description

Project Manager - High End Residential - Falmouth, MA - Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle project management for residential builds and renovations

• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and materials

• Utilize Procore, Microsoft Office, and other scheduling tools to manage project timelines and documentation

• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to maintain expectations and updates

Profile

Project Manager - High End Residential - Falmouth, MA - Will have

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in residential construction

• Open to candidates currently in an Assistant Project Manager role who are ready for career advancement

• Strong understanding of custom and luxury homebuilding processes

• Familiarity with coastal New England construction practices is a plus

• Proficiency in Procore, MS Office Suite, and scheduling software

• Must be based within 30-40 minutes of Falmouth, MA

• Full-time, on-site position with no hybrid/remote options

Job Offer

Project Manager - High End Residential - Falmouth, MA - Will receive

• Base Salary: $125,000

• Truck allowance: $400/month

• Phone allowance provided
